  I wish I could give them zero stars. They are rude on the phones (if they answer), difficult to work with, and communication is horrible. I found out through a friend that the vehicle that I've had booked since 4/1 was in an accident, my reservation is for tomorrow, and the company never contacted me. This is absolutely ridiculous. Not to mention, during the winter, the key fab died so I was stranded for over an hour until someone was able to get me a working battery for the key. Absolutely horrible experiences with this company. I called the company and asked: - why wasn't I notified? - when will I receive reimbursement? - when will the car be available/fixed? The woman I spoke to was incredibly rude. She said they left a voicemail (I had no voicemail from Enterprise); she said I will receive the reimbursement within 3-5 business days from the cancellation date, but did not tell me when my reservation was cancelled; and lastly that it is a "car share service" so I do not have a right over others to the car. Then she said "it will be fixed when it is fixed". Horrible experience I hope I never have to use enterprise again.

  What a disappointment this place has turned out to be....forget even trying to get help on the phone, no one answers or you're on hold for eternity....not to mention being charged $231 to keep my rental for two extra days, which was half the price I paid for having it 8 days!! And then to charge me $150 over a week later for some fee they can't even explain to me what it's for...still waiting on management to give me a reason on that! The vehicle was already tore up, being a 2024 Pacifica van with 70,000 miles on it, had an odor when we got it, then the check engine light came on while we were on our way home!! All of that I disregarded cause we needed the van so badly for vacation but to be charged this fee over a week later after refunding me $69 from my deposit and cleaning it out myself, makes absolutely NO SENSE and feel I got screwed!! DONT GO TO GALESBURG, BURLINGTON IS WAY BETTER!!

  Had to get my company car worked on and reserved a car a week in advance with this location and then went in the day of pickup and had to wait at the front desk for 15 minutes all to be told they didn’t have a car for me. They told me that they called me the same day I reserved the car to tell me they wouldn’t have a car for me and then was told that my voicemail wasn’t set up which absolutely isn’t true at all and I had no missed calls from them. Needless to say, I wasn’t happy and had a few choice words for them before I left. Only after this happened to me did I start hearing that this commonly happens a lot at this location. They never have enough cars to fill the demand. If you’re going to reserve a car with them, do yourself a favor and call ahead of time to confirm they will have a car for you; maybe multiple times.

  My experience with Enterprise was great. The employees treated me with efficiency, courtesy and respect and the rental car provided was just what I needed.
