Me and My Family Purchased a vehicle and Scott C was so good to us. He came in on his day off to make sure we found what we were looking for. I Had Brought My Son With and he let him ride on the golf cart and he enjoyed himself. All the salespeople were so nice. So if you’re looking for a vehicle give Scott a call and he will help get you what you’re looking for.

Had the service department replace a bad instrument cluster in my 2010 Ford F150 XLT, oh wait 3 instrument clusters back to back to back Had my truck for a whole month. They called me after a month and said your truck was ready for pickup finally $769.60. Then from the time I picked it up I had the same issues 3 more times and took it back all three times another $129.95 later. The last time I picked it up they told me that I had knocking in my engine that I had a bad motor and that they could put a used motor in for $9000.00 these guys are crazy and there service department SUCKS. The funny thing is I had a fresh oil change in between the last three times I was having the same issues with the cluster hmmmmm kinda weird if you ask me. How do you have Instrument cluster issues when you take your vehicle in with no knocking or engine problems to now your telling me that I have knocking in my engine and that I need my engine replaced hmmmmm kinda weird I would say. Ford if you think this is right you are truly mistaken I promise you that. Im in the works getting a laywer. So folks please keep your vehicles away from there service department they are truly this bad except there wonderful and very professional service lady I got the pleasure to work with Brittany Buzick you rock keep up the great work that you do. P.S. I contacted the Corporate office and they told me there wasn't nothing they could do because of the year of the vehicle and the milage this is insane but hey that's fine your be hearing from my laywer here soon.

People will say there are 2 sides to every story. I will simply tell you the summary of events that I experienced: I previously bought an Explorer from this dealership and got a pretty good deal so in my mind being a returning customer I thought they would work with me. I received a call from a sales rep (still out of respect I will not name names and put them on blast). I was told they were under new management, had new staff, and better deals going on. I was told a lot of their vehicles had a bunch of rebates and discounts. So I mentioned I was looking for a mid-size truck. This dealership is an hour and a half away from me so before I made the trip I wanted to confirm the monthly payments would be affordable. I asked the sales rep if he was sure that he could achieve my desired monthly payment. His response was that his manager said that they could. I also have a credit score in the 700’s so I made the trip thinking it was an easy done deal. When I got there I was told that the vehicle wasn’t even on the lot but at a different store. If we came to an agreement on numbers then they would have the vehicle delivered to their store. They provided a few options with cheapest option being about $100 a month over what we had discussed. So I wasted 3 hours of my day driving there and back. They were also offering $19,000 for my trade in. I stopped by another dealership on the way up just to see where I stood and they offered $22,000 for my trade in (so at this point I was a little frustrated). I don’t know why but I thought I would give them a second chance. I called back to see if they had any other options. I knew to do this it would hurt my credit because they had to perform a hard inquiry on each vehicle I was asking about to get an approval. But I still wanted to try to help them out and do business with them. They came back and said I could get a Ford Maverick for close to $650 a month or a Ford Ranger for over $700 a month. I didn’t feel like they were listening to me when I originally gave them my desired monthly payment because these options were both still way over. I believe this was a week of going back and forth but eventually worked out a deal on the original vehicle. The sales rep offered to drop off the vehicle at my house after he got off of work at 6 pm. I told him to just come the next day when it was light out. There was no sense in putting himself at risk driving an hour and a half in the cold and dark. I was trying to think of him in case he slid off the road and got stranded. Well that night I ended up getting hurt at work. I would receive worker’s comp but that was only a fraction of what my normal monthly income would be so I wasn’t sure if I could afford to do this at this exact moment. I informed them of this and their response was basically well I drove 6 hours to get this truck because you said you would buy it. Again I could have sworn they originally said they were having it delivered but I could be wrong about that. It would have went a long way if they just would have said, “Don’t worry about it, come see us when you feel better in 60-90 days”. I could have came in, re-done the approval, and signed. It would have been a guaranteed 10-15 minute sale. But it seemed like because it wasn’t happening right this second they were mad. I wasn’t planning on getting hurt and having 1/3 of my monthly income taken for a while. It’s not a fun situation to be in. For some reason I still felt bad and tried to beg and borrow a few dollars from relatives for a few months until I could get back to getting 100% of my paychecks. I had worked it out and I was still going to buy this vehicle but after they basically accused me of lying about wanting to get it, I lost motivation to help them. I wish no ill-will towards anyone and I hope they stay in business forever helping people put “dreams in the driveway” As for me, plenty of other dealerships. My opinion, they only care about dollars and cents, not people.
