By the time I got to Galesburg, it was 8:30; they close at 9. Connor was so kind and helpful. He got my information and went out and put in my new battery with no sign of frustration for the lateness of my visit. He is definitely a credit to your company! His calm demeanor and friendly attitude took away the anxiety I felt over the situation I was in. Thanks Connor!!!
