  Equipment breakdown delayed services way too much. Took my vehicle in for Oil change, tire rotate and transmission service. Took almost two hours to complete because air supply for tools broke. They had to run and get parts to fix. Something this critical for services should be better maintain. The whole place looks unkept. Bathroom dirty, no drying tools in dispenser roll was sitting on service counter. I go there because I like Penzoil products. But I think I will have to find somewhere else. Had cabin filter and air filter replaced was shown they were dirty but the replacements were definitely overpriced. I paid $99 for an authentic oil change on a 4 cylinder engine. That's higher than what many places charge. No apologies for the delays, and no discount for the long delay either. Cannot recommend.

  I normally try to leave good reviews for businesses but this place about caused my motor to sieze. They did not change the oil plug and unbeknownst to me my van was leaking oil, started smoking from the engine,took it to another shop and they said the oil plugs seal was bad. They also said it should be changed with each oil change. Do better Jiffy Lube!

  I came to Jiffy Lube for the first time ever today only because I dont have a garage anymore to do my own work in and I was past due for a oil change. I was greeted right away buy a very friendly person. As they were doing the oil change they informed me I had a antifreeze leak and I suspected I did. Every so often its low. That was nice of them. But after pulling out I started to look at the receipt and noticed a bunch of issues. A lot of stuff they said they did but yet they did not do. They said they checked coolant level and it was good, Well 5 minutes after I left and saw they said they checked it, I went out and looked myself. I was over a half gallon low on coolant. Then is says they checked exterior light, I was in the vehicle a the light were never even turned on. They say I have a sealed battery, I do not and I have added water to it a few months ago, Says they checked air filter and I know they did not because they asked if I wanted it checked but I replaced it recently so I said no. Says they checked tire pressure, They only checked 1 tire and that was because I asked them to. Says they insect and lubricate chassis, They obviously did not because they said its sealed but yet I have multiple grease zerks on my chassis. Says they washed exterior windows and vacuumed the floors. None of that was done. I also noticed that the oil filter they put on is leaking so I am going to have to replace that as soon as I can. Not sure what else they did not do because all my other fluids were good. Horrible place to go.
