- JWJames WallerOct 19, 20255.0Manager comes out with a smile and tests my battery, Then he tests my alternator. He says "This is a 1yr old Napa more than likely under warranty." Well, without the origional sales receipt they won't cover it... So i go back inside and buy a $230 battery and he punches my ph # into computer. BAM! Warranty on file. Lesson learned from experiance? Go to AZ for all future needs. Thanks Brother! As if your competance wasn't reassuring enough, but you were very polite and helpful when i was a bit stressed out.
