- UDUAL DayTraderJan 22, 20261.0I went to this store to buy a battery for my car. During checkout, the cashier repeatedly attempted to add an optional add-on item to my bill after I had clearly declined it multiple times. I told him three separate times that I did not want the item he was recommending. Despite this, he proceeded to add it to my bill anyway and then asked me to pay. I had to point it out again when the payment screen appeared that I did not want that item. Only then did he remove it. Throughout the interaction, he showed a noticeably negative attitude after I insisted on not purchasing the add-on. This experience made me uncomfortable, as my refusal was ignored multiple times, and I should not have to repeatedly correct my bill to avoid being charged for something I clearly declined.
