The guy responded “ I have to help someone else and walked out to help another man. While we were struggling he saw us and walked inside. I called my mom frustrated because I had no idea what I was doing and no one was helping us. My mother called the store and said we asked for help but never got it, finally someone came out and he pointed to where we were supposed to put in the brake fluid and walked away into the store. I work in customer service and always give people the benefit of the doubt because I know how stressful it can be sometimes. But this was terrible customer service, they had many workers that could have helped us but didn’t. Everyone was in a bad mood and seemed like they hated their job. I was already scared to ask for help and now I was reminded why. Frankfort is a great city so I’m super disappointed with the customer service here.
