  Can’t say enough good things about our experience buying a car here. No additional surprise fees or extras tossed in the price of the car compared to other dealers. Not pushy in any matter and made it an easy and relaxing experience buying a car. Would gladly return for future business here!

  Since I walked into the dealership, everyone was warm and friendly. I had the chance to work with Fernando from start to finish, and he really made the whole experience feel easy. He was very friendly, took the time to show me the car, and explained everything clearly. Every question I had, he answered without hesitation. What stood out the most was his professionalism and how down-to-earth he was. He made me feel comfortable right away—no pressure, no stress, which is something I usually don’t like about dealerships. Honestly, this was one of the best experiences I’ve had buying a car. It’s usually stressful and feels like you have to push just to get help, but not here. If you’re going to this dealership, ask for Fernando.

  I recently went in to Currie to begin my search for a new car. I’ve had bad experiences with car buying in the past but not this time. My husband and I were greeted by Jon out in the lot while we were looking. He was super knowledgeable about the vehicles and extremely down to earth. I couldn’t make a decision in that moment so he gave us his card and followed up with us the next morning. The manager, Mario was great. He was able to get the car I wanted from a different dealer quickly and was so nice throughout the process. Juan in finance was also fantastic. We were also in and out quickly with the exact car I wanted. The whole process was hands down the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. 10/10 for customer service.

  Extremely unprofessional hustlers. Tried to get a trade in value on my car and was told it was going to be $5k less than what was offered to me on the phone. Fernando keeps on contacting me months later about it when he was extremely unprofessional and slimy throughout the whole process. The cherry on top was they told me the vehicle I wanted to look at (which was listed on their site) wasn't even there and was located at another dealership in Naperville. Why would I even bother to come to you guys then? Absolutely unacceptable.

  I am a new customer here, and have to say, I was extremely impressed with everyone in the entire process. I had been a long time customer of a different Ford dealer for my last several vehicles, and was tired of the "bait and switch" games they played each time I purchased a vehicle. From the first email I sent, to which Jessica replied almost immediately and confirmed the 2 trucks I was looking at were in stock, to my salesman - Fernando - all the way through the (grueling) finance process (I don't have the best credit score so I'm always a bit complicated to get financed), everyone was so friendly and genuine. This is the first time, in the last 3 cars that I've bought, where I didn't leave feeling taken advantage of! This dealership is near my office, and they answered all of my questions about future services as well; my prior dealer wouldn't take appointments for oil changes (which is terrible for me, as I work long hours and travel a lot, so my time is scarce and valuable) - even assuring me that they do drop off/pick up for services to and from my office! The convenience factor of that knowledge, as well as feeling safe in my brand new 2026 Escape, was worth all the time spent there to make this purchase. Fernando even helped this "old lady" set up her Android Auto, bluetooth, Ford Pass, everything... so when I left, it was all perfect and fully functional for me! Highly recommend this dealership!
