  My wife and I recently purchases a used Wrangler from this dealership. From the moment I scheduled a test drive until we drove the vehicle off the lot, Enrique H, our salesman, was engaging, knowledgeable, professional, and accommodating. He was not pushy and did not bombard us with follow-up calls and texts after the initial test drive. We came to an agreement on price quickly without the annoying or contentious back and forth. When we are in the market again, we will return to Hawk as well as Enrique.

  I would love to know how many other people have purchased extended warranties with incorrect in service dates? The buyer believes they're getting a 6 year warranty, only to find out it's good for 4 years when you go to use it. Then they claim it's a clerical error, giving them a scape goat to cover their behinds when you contact the Illinois attorney general. If anyone else has had this happen. Please feel free to message me.

  For many years I stepped up to perform caregiver/hospice duties for loved ones voluntarily without monetary compensation even becoming homeless after my dear late mom passed away 3-31-2023 just as her landlord happened to be pushing for a fast sale of the apt.building and neither me or my brother were on her lease they pushed us out just in time to spend the Fall and Winter living in a Dodge Grand Caravan registered to my sister just before losing touch with her for a long time. We went to a homeless advocacy program called BEDS and they generously provided hotel room vouchers at businesses they were affiliated with when available and provided at least one healthy meal per day but really went above and beyond our expectations by referring our case and my service-connected hearing loss disability was brought to the attention of the VASH homeless veterans advocacy program which resulted in my being awarded my 100%+ VA disability benefits during the same month we were awarded a VASH 2-year rent-free apartment in Freedoms Path Apts for vets & family in the Hines VA Hospital campus but wound up having to pay rent after all since my VA disability pension is over $4,500 per month until the Spring 2026 when I will be taking advantage of my guaranteed VA home financing benefits to find and purchase my own home. I was looking into purchasing a new or good used car when the Hawk dealership noted my interest in a few vehicles they were selling and I began to get more serious about car shopping after 20 or 30 text messages,etc.including a sales pitch claiming that they worked with multiple finance companies that guaranteed I would get a vehicle financed if I came in with the '$3,000 cash I had for a down payment and proof of my income from the VA. NOPE- sorry but no can do without a co-signer??!! So after another half dozen contacts by sales reps who didn't get the memo but keep reminding me of my humiliating Uber ride home instead of the "great deal from the manager" if I came in that day and now, today,5 months later I'm getting letters telling me their decision to waste my time and get my hopes up was based on "no credit history" No shit Sherlock! I didn't leave out a single detail including not knowing what my credit score would be, and I'm the one getting $5k a month for being deaf in one ear and can't hear out the other one??!! So I got burned by a private party on a Jeep for $6,800 that needs almost that much in repairs to be safe to drive and I dumped about $3500 into the 2006 Dodge Grand Caravan with 114k miles on it and I can drive in reliable comfort, if not style anywhere in the country and back without worry albeit no thanks to the hawkish Hawk dealership that I'm probably better off not having done business with anyway when it comes down to it. At least I steered a couple of the neighbors away from the place to spare them of being bullshitted into going there for nada most likely....hope this will spare me of any further reminders of the living hell I went through. Things were going great but I may be being a little superstitious in that I had a period of bad luck for awhile after I picked up a curse or doppleganger latched onto me again for a spell but no worries, I've yet to run out of money or want anything and got money in my pocket,in the bank and a full tank of premium gas. Since I have no need or wish to return to the joint there shouldn't be anymore of their little imps of darkness latching onto me??!! Oh crap! I better go burn that letter saying I'm a deadbeat that showed up today,lol. Don't want to have to pay a priest or a witch to perform an excorcism on my mailbox or apartment!!👹☠️💩

  Horrible service and extremely vivid lack of professionalism!! Went there for oil change! They messed up my car by installing faulty part, on my way home I left a trail of oil, didn’t realize until I parked on my driveway and noticed puddles of oil! It took two bags of sand to remove some of the spill. Had to go back to the dealer and was offered nothing to compensate time and money I wasted! I always thought dealer should provide exception service, well not this one! I complained and no one even bother to reach back to me! Avoid and stay away from this joke of a dealership!
