  Huge shoutout to Anne Marie in the service department at Hawk!!! she was absolutely amazing. She took the time to clearly explain what the issue was, what it meant for us, and walked through every option without ever making us feel rushed or overwhelmed. That kind of transparency and care is rare. What really stood out was the personal touch. Even though I was servicing my little blue Fiat, she still gave me a cute little duck for my Jeep and that small gesture honestly meant so much. It shows the kind of person she is. Anne Marie is patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about her customers. Service visits can be stressful, but she made the entire experience smooth, comfortable, and even enjoyable. Hawk is lucky to have her. If you get the chance to work with Anne Marie, you’re in incredible hands.

  The hawk dealerships helped me out of a really tough situation when I was dealing with major car issues and already underwater. I didn’t think getting into something reliable was possible. Jason Beltran went above and beyond, he was just great! They were able to get me into a vehicle I love, highly recommend!

  Absolutely in shock with the rudeness and unprofessionalism of this place. Never did I think this would be the situation as I have brought my Jeep to them in the past and never experienced what I experienced this time around. From the moment my truck was dropped off to the moment it was picked up my service advisor Javier was rude and unprofessional. Gave my partner attitude saying “you should know you work at a dealer”. Told me it would be done by Wednesday never called me again I had to annoyingly call them on Thursday to see when my SUV would be done. Finally pick up my truck Friday and the outside is filthy and my rear tire was completely flat. $1500 spent you’d figure the least they could do is put air on my tire and run my truck through the wash. Taking my truck elsewhere from now on.
