My Grandmother Shirley M. Rented a Vehicle here while her vehicle was being serviced at a nearby dealership. 10/27/2025 13:16 The vehicle was checked out. A Hyundai Tucson. 10/29 Castle Chevy called stating her personal vehicle was ready to be picked up. We asked 10x If the dealer was an authorized drop off location, both the dealership and the Enterprise location stated the rental was authorized to be dropped off at the dealer and if not we would make the trip to the Rental Office. Vehicle was left at dealer on 10/29 @ 5:30-6PM. Meaning she should have been charged for 2 days of the rental. Vehicle WAS NOT picked up by Enterprise Until 11/04/2025 and checked in for 11/22/2025 They charged my elderly grandmother for all of those extra days they did not go and retrieve the vehicle. We have called over and over again to get her money refunded and not only has the location sent us in circles the customer service line has done the same thing. This is highly unacceptable and leaves a bad taste for Enterprise as we are continuously renting vehicles with this company. We are Still Waiting On Someone To Fix This Issue. As We were told we can drop the vehicle off at the Dealership. Our Next Step is a BBB Complaint. RA # 15TJQ0 INVOICE #130009179274
