  I have been to this location twice now. The staff has been awesome. They gave me the best price around on my tires. I noticed a metal on metal sound and came back and they quickly diagnosed my issue. At this point I will keep coming back.

  I cannot recommend this NTB location based on my recent experience. I had booked a 10:00 AM appointment online, but because my car battery was failing and I was lucky to get it started, I decided to arrive right when the store opened at 9:00 AM on Sunday to drop my vehicle off and run some errands while I was in Fairview Heights. Both the store's door sign and their website confirm a 9:00 AM opening time. Unfortunately, when I arrived, the building was completely empty and locked. I wasn't the only one inconvenienced; there was a group of us waiting, including customers who actually had scheduled 9:00 AM appointments. When a business cannot adhere to its posted hours, it shows a complete disregard for its customers' time. I couldn't afford to keep my car running and wait around, so I called Firestone down the street. They got me in immediately and provided excellent service. I am incredibly disappointed in NTB's unreliability and will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

  Have a 10am appointment. Its 9:54 and no employee is at the store. Door says open at 9am. My son left and said there is other customers outside waiting as well.

  Amazing staff and great customer service went there few days ago got tires and love how I got in and got out in amazing timing. I highly recommend going there for service on your vehicle anytime! 💯💯😊😊

  Update 4-9-26. I came in yesterday for a flat repair. They got me in and out. They comped the repair. Much appreciated! I have been to this location before a couple of times with no issues. The manager and crew on today was too busy talking to each other to do work. I know why you dont keep windows in the waiting area watching the shop like most locations. I had an appointment for wheel rotation and balance Also check a slow leak. Which was a loose valve stem from the original install at NTB in Hutto TX. The place is empty. No wait. Pulled my truck in right away. After almost an hour I finally walked around bacl several times. They are all busy talking. The drivers side tired hadn't even been touched yet. The manager just made excuses. If she would have been managing instead of grabbassing with the crew. Maybe they would be more efficient. Ridiculous behavior by grown people. We all have things to do. Seriously inconsiderate.
