Only waited a few minutes before getting pulled into the bay for my oil change. Was in and out in about 15 minutes! I always recommend Valvoline for an oil change but the Fairview Heights IL location is the best one hands down!

Rear wiper hasn't worked right for months and I wasn't sure why but the second I pulled in he noticed it right away & went put out of his way to go get the right size wiper & fix it for me! Also made a note in my file so it never happens again! He also noticed my tire pressure light was on and remedied that too! The manager came to speak to me as well and he was very polite and kind! I'll be returning for all my oil changes.

- JNJoshua NollDec 7, 20255.0This Valvoline likes to set themselves apart in a positive way! I’ve never had bad service from here. Sean the store manager is awesome and extremely personable. He makes you feel like family. They do their due diligence by recommending services they provide but there is never any pressure, only logically reasoning provided to do the services. Basically if it makes sense for the customer and vehicle they make sure to talk about it. The whole staff seems knowledgeable about their products and services! They also seem like the enjoy their jobs on the daily. I highly recommend, only constructive criticism is give those guys a radio or Bluetooth speaker to just add a little background music or noise when the doors are closed, it was super quiet at times and I would talk to them to drown out the silence. If I could give them 6 stars I would. These are good people you have working for you!
