The service tech had to get the manager who said he could only give me $20 off, I said well it says $26. He said I could call in to corporate. He Proceeded to say that that’s not the first time it’s happened. I said well don’t you think you should call in to corporate and get it fixed. He said well I will after my lunch! Super rude so called manager, not at all customer focused or friendly! I have been coming to this Valvoline for years. This will be my last visit!

They take care of me every time I come through and don’t disappoint whatsoever if they can’t do something then they obviously really can’t, you go to any other Valvoline they are lazy and always backed up. I live close to one about 5 min to 10 min I have absolutely no problem driving another 5 just to come to these guys. And Shaun does an absolutely fantastic job getting his crew together and all on the same page! Great Great Great location!!
