To be fair though, I didn't reach out much either. I responded to an email regarding the back order requesting some additional info, but never received anything back. When reached out via phone, the person that helped me was extremely helpful and kind. I originally had an appointment scheduled and found out the morning of that appt that they didn't have the right part. The technician still came out (it was Christmas Eve), vacuumed out all the broken glass, and covered my window with plastic. When the window was finally delivered, they reached out to me and made an appointment right away. The technician that did that was also very kind and professional. I would recommend Safelite to others as reliable, although at times I would have appreciated more communications from an actual person.
