- CWCarolyn WillJan 6, 20261.0I would give - stars but not possible. I had an appointment scheduled for them to come to my home yesterday 1/5/26 between 12 and 5 pm. At 430 they called and said it would be about 545 when they could get to my house and if I wanted to reschedule it I could. I have a very packed schedule and I said no I would make 545 work. I received a text at 506 saying the tech was on his way. Then at 522 the tech called me and asked if I had canceled my appointment because it was no longer on his phone. I told him no I didn't cancel it. He then called me back at 530 telling me someone in the office canceled it and didn't tell him or me. When I called 1/6/26 received no apology and no effort to provide service at a time I could be home again, considering that I HAD an appointment scheduled for the previous day that was ignored by the company you would think customer service would push to get my car done quickly but NOPE, nothing. Not using them ever again, shame because I have never used anyone else previously.

The third time the service guy was running late and wanted to cancel again. When I told him this was my third time and I don't get paid unless I work. He came out after dark and got it taken care of.
