I put air in the tire before I went, thinking that there was a nail or something in the tire. Mark checked the tire and found no leaks at all. I shared with him that the car had not been driven for a few months, and it was the only tire that was low of air. Mark explained that it could be that only that tire lost air like that during the time it was sitting. He also checked the other tires. Mark told me that the tires were fine and if I had any further problems, bring it back to them. He did not charge me anything for checking the tires. Mark was very honest with me and I appreciate an honest businessman. Thanks Mark, I will definitely patronize NTB again when I need them.

My husband took it in today because the tire wouod not hold air. They checked it at no charge. When they found out there was a nail in it, they repaired it at no charge. I highly recommend this NTB location
