  Took my work truck and to have the tires rotated in the oil change. Was supposed to drop it off earlier however I wasn't able to, nevertheless they were able to get my vehicle in and out quicker than what I expected they'd be able to. Y'all did great work and I greatly appreciate the turnaround to get my truck back to me! Thanks again for y'all's great service!

  I called to make and appointment to swap out my winter tires for summer tires. Showed up on time and it was only then that the technician asked if I purchased tires from Dobbs. I said no- and was refused service: was told that they can’t mount tires that did not come from Dobbs. I said I could sign a waiver if the bead blows out that it’s not the company’s fault, but did not work. Had to take my business elsewhere.

  I felt like Alice in Wonderland. I took my car in 6 months earlier for the same issue only to find out the 2 new tires I bought for my front end had been "rotated" to the back. Why? Guess what? A 360, I needed 2 tires. They took no accountability. Wouldn't even give me a discount. SMH. (Shaking my head)...

  I went for a oil change and a alignment check. (Fairview Heights location) I needed my alignment checked because when I spent $1500 on new tires there wasn't anyone available that day to do it. (Collinsville location) So instead of checking the alignment the guy says I need new tie rods because TYPICALLY cars like mine need those changed before they do the alignment. So instead of just checking my alignment he was trying to make a problem that doesn't exist. My Jeep was perfectly fine before driving into Dobbs, no pulling of the steering wheel, no squeaks, no nothing. I told him no thanks for his $750 estimate for tie rods. So I still need alignment check. So ridiculous. And if you want people to sit in the waiting room all day how about cleaning the restroom??? It was disgusting! Clearly it hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. Poor customer service!

  I’ve loved this location for years, but terrible recent experience due to store manager. I purchased a NEW battery and had it installed at this location in my 2023 Mazda vehicle. LESS than 30 days later the battery failed while in Peoria, IL and I had to have it replaced while traveling. I had all the paperwork to prove the battery failed, but this store manager would not refund me unless I took an entire day to drive from Fairview Heights up to Peoria and back to pickup the failed battery and return it. This was unnecessary. I’m very disappointed that Dobbs could not stand behind their failed batteries. This is clearly a failed product. My inconvenience initially by the failed battery should have been enough for This manager to feel a sense of obligation to correct the situation, but he failed to do so I will no longer go to this location or neither will any of my family.
