  Needed brakes replaced on truck. Had it done same day, within about 3 hours. Kept up to speed on everything that was happening and was even shown what they needed to work on. Polite, professional. Would recommend.

  I told them that my driveshaft had failed and that I needed to replace the U-joint and one other part. They said the parts would arrive in 10 or 15 minutes, so I went there. But they didn’t even do a proper inspection, overcharged me, and on top of that, it took four hours for the parts to arrive. The most important thing is that I don’t trust them.

  I have been to this store multiple times, and the manager is horrible. He is rude, has no manners, and is very inconsiderate. He talks down to customers—I saw the way he spoke to several people before I even got to the counter. I almost changed my mind about having my car serviced here because of his behavior. He was also using slang in an unprofessional way. I honestly don’t know where he learned his customer service skills. I will never go back. Even if this were the last car service place around, I would not spend my money to be treated the way I was. I only gave one star cause i had to.

  Just spoke to the rudest person in the world. Will not ever take my vehicle here again!! His name was Jessie I believe. Stay away from this place!

  If I could give this place zero stars I would I went in yesterday 03/10/2026 for an diagnostics I told the guy it might be the axle and also told him that I just had the control arm and ball joints put on the passenger side also that’s were the axle was too so I asked if he could drive it to see if he hears the noise I was concerned about and he stated yes but I’m not going to charge you to drive it to see what it is but if I find something it would be such and such price to fix it so he faked as if he drove it he went outside and literally walked right back in and told me well you have to spend money for me to figure out what’s wrong with it which was fine with me but once he done that he only put down what I told him what I thought it was and he ran with that information but he didn’t check anything else so once i had that axle fixed it still was making that same noise so I went the next day and he telling me I have to pay another $85 to look at it again but this time me and my boyfriend could watch them do it and stated that they would take the tires off this time but claimed that he showed me that the first and didn’t the tires was still on there but anyway he didn’t show us nothing under the front end like he said so we asked if he could drive it while we were in the car with him we had also told him it sounds like the wheel bearing so the moment we drove off he instantly say oh yeah it’s the wheel bearing no doubt that’s it but clearly he doesn’t know what he’s doing or talking and make matters worse he has a bad attitude he doesn’t need to be the face to greet people that needs help they need to hire Alex back because he’s not it I would never go back it’s not the same it’s literally hard to find good help
