- XXXman019790Oct 9, 20251.0The staff seemed nice but out of 4 or 5 ? people (two females) (approx 2 or 3 males ) no one offered to help me while they were having some random conversation about something that seemed to have nothing to do with auto parts while laughing and joking. After about 5 minutes of the staff taking turns to look me in the face and not offer any help. I finally took it upon myself to interrupt their team huddle (conversation) and just asked one of the workers If they had the item that I was looking for. One employee said he would look it up and walked off and didn’t return. I just casually walked out the door. This place used to be a bit more responsive to the customer needs. Maybe it’s me but I have a problem giving places my business that don’t seem to deserve it. I’ll just order what I need from Amazon.

He was friendly, very knowledgeable about what was going on with my vehicle, and made me feel comfortable. His coworker was friendly as well.
