  My partner and I came into Mazda to come look at a couple of cars we had in mind. Eric Fragassi answered all of our questions we had and was very knowledgable. He set us up with a few test drives. Ended up with a very positive experience! He was great to work with and fun to chat with!

  The salesman Eric Fragassi at Mazda of Evanston truly went above and beyond for us. We originally came in looking for a simple cash car and nothing was quite in our price range, but Eric still took the time to explain everything honestly and walk us through our options without any pressure. We had been there all afternoon, and since we had recently been in a car accident and needed transportation, Eric even trusted us with a Mazda to get home safely after dark while we thought about our decision. That level of kindness and integrity is rare at dealerships. Because of his help and transparency, we ended up leaving with a certified pre owned 2024 Mazda CX-5 😍, Perfect for our family of 3. Overall the team of Mazda here was phenomenal, from the service manager to the sales team 10/10. If you’re thinking about buying a car and going to Mazda of Evanston, ask for Eric.

  I had a great experience at Mazda Autobarn. The team there has been incredibly helpful, especially Nathan—he’s a fantastic salesperson who’s easy to talk to and great to work with. I also want to give a shoutout to Brady, Jeff, and Johnathan. They all go above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of and truly make the car-buying experience worth it. It’s been a few months since we bought the vehicle, and it’s been running great with no issues. These guys really know how to treat their customers, and it shows. I’d definitely come back and look forward to buying another car with them in the future.

  I had an excellent experience purchasing my new CX-50 Hybrid PP, thanks to Brady and Abaz. They were professional, transparent, and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. Their responsiveness was so impressive that, even though it’s more than an hour’s drive for me, I chose their dealership over closer options. I highly recommend this dealership, along with these two gentlemen and Jonathan from the finance team—they were all helpful and never pushy.
