    IT WAS THE WORST RENTAL EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Called them few days ahead to reserve 16 footer truck. When I went to pick up the truck they didn’t have it there. After waiting on phone for a long time was told truck is at McCormick store. I went there they didn’t have any available one and was surprised that I was redirected there. I came back to original pick up location after waiting there trying to reach them out they charged me three times more than initially quoted it was my moving day I didn’t have choice. Guy on the phone literally said “You take tuck at this rate or no truck”. It took me 2 hours to pick up the reserved truck! I was given truck with dead battery. Penske technician said it will get charged after running engine. After loading all my furniture I realized that battery died again. Called their roadside assistance waited 1 hour for their guy who jumpstarted it. I had same issue after unloading all my stuff at new place. Waited for 1 hour roadside assistance and he jumpstarted again. Only nice guy was Curtis Home Depot Tool Rentals associate. He helped me a lot. Whole experience was pain!

    Book for reservation for reefer truck 2 WEEKS before, received confirmed email. So I plan ahead, ordered all my stuff then 12 hrs before the pick up time they called and say no truck available. WHAT AN IRRESPONSIBLE COMPANY! NOT TRUSTED COMPANY AND NEVER GOING BACK TO BOOK FOR RESERVATION TO PENSKE. VERY INCOMPETENT, UNRELIABLE ,IRRESPONSIBLE , AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. They dont know how to honor confirmed reservation. They will not help you and they dont care ! This company is not to be trusted ! Bad experienced with them and should be given negative stars .Just an advise don't go for this company and you will be upset!

    Employees who work here are kind of rude. There's plenty of other places where you can rent a Penske vehicle and I suggest going to any of them. Also what sort of place offers a drop box for keys, but then has employees rudely talking down to you when you try to use it as intended? Considering we got better service at the Steak 'n Shake across the street, I wouldn't recommend these guys.
