Don’t bother. Use Avis, Budget, Hertz, turo or Zipcar. - I rented an exotics. Returned the car the way the manager said to. It got towed and then they blamed me. Not a word for days when I get a call. Then nothing when I got a $1000 bill. When I called for a refund, they didn’t even follow up. Instead, I had to follow up and ask if I was getting refunded. They left me on hold and when the manager finally did get on the phone, he was jerk, told me he didn’t say to leave it on the street (he did) and then complained to me it was towed. I was nice. All I asked was if I was getting a refund. He had no reason to have an attitude. I’m doing a charge back. Shame. You’d think they want customers with so many competitors. It’s ok. I don’t need’em with other options. Enterprise is for business bachelor degrees that nobody else wanted anyways. Just Google enterprise customer service. The links that come up are all negative posts on social media. This review is just confirmation. Edit: The response is non-sense. I’ve already spoken with corporate and the local office. It’s the local offices who decide whether or not to refund. The manager was clear. I don’t post without attempting to resolve otherwise. If they want me as a consumer, they can call me. Edit 2: Got the bill in the mail. If this goes to collections, we go to court. You don’t want this. I promise you don’t want this.

During the rental process the agent asked if Im driving on the tollway and I said yes, and showed my transponder. Agent says, Okay so you're all good you don't need a toll pass. Then we talk about insurance and I say I have full coverage and the agent goes into this story about renting a car and the rock hitting a windshield and insurance not covering it so they were glad they got the rental insurance so I said okay fine I'll take it. I was in a hurry and just needed to get on the road. Yes, ultimately it is my responsibility to know this, however I did not know that I had to register the rental license plate to my ipass. Ive never been informed that and never had any issue using my ipass in a different car before this. Im being charged full price for the tolls and enterprise is charging a processing fee of $25 . I called Enterprise and spoke to someone in the IL toll violation department and asked if they could at least wave the $25 and the agent said if she could she would but she has no ability to reverse it. I don't understand why the rental agents don't go out of their way to ensure customers know about registering the rental license plate the same way they go out of their way to push the rental insurance. That should be a standard and the fact that it is not, is not good customer service. The fact that the department that is in charge of the tolls has no ability to assist with the issue is really bad customer service. Next time I know to register the rental, but I won't be using Enterprise. No wonder everyone is now renting from Costco.
