Scott provided outstanding customer service both at pickup and return — friendly, professional, and very patient. At pickup, he took the time to clearly explain the rental terms, insurance/options, and deposit details, so everything was transparent and there were no surprises. The process was quick and well-organized, and he made sure the paperwork and vehicle condition were handled properly before I left. At return, Scott was just as helpful and efficient. He walked me through the check-in, answered my questions, and made the wrap-up smooth and stress-free. Overall, excellent service and a really easy rental experience. Highly recommend this Elmwood Park branch — and especially Scott. I’d definitely rent here again.
