  I had a very disappointing experience with this rental company. I made a reservation online for a vehicle that was clearly listed as available and received a confirmation email with a reservation number. However, about an hour later, I received a call informing me that the vehicle was no longer available. This reflects poor inventory management and a lack of professionalism. A confirmed reservation should be reliable, especially when customers are making plans based on it. I would not recommend this company unless they improve their booking system and communication with customers.

  Jim, the GM, was incredible! Super helpful and very nice. Met us at our car in the morning and personally walked us in to the branch! High recommend using Jim moving forward!

  This location doesn't have an accurate inventory of their own vehicles. Booked a truck with a ramp only to arrive on the day of the rental/move and told they don't have any. Very substandard.
