    My wife and I have purchased many vehicles in 40 years of marriage, but we have never experienced a more personal and minimally adversarial negotiation process. The bulk of that pleasure was due to the calm and pleasant demeanor of Salesperson Kyle Bromm. As points of contention were discussed with the deal, he would look at them from both our angle and that of the dealership. If he felt our point was valid, he would support us with his superiors. Eventually, we found common ground for a purchase. We found an issue with the vehicle upon arriving home and, within a week, he had resolved it for us in the best possible way. Again, he had to go to bat for us with his management to do so. This is a testament to the fairness of the dealership, but even more so to Kyle Bromm. We felt "represented" by him, and the resolution for both sets of negotiation was as we had hoped it would be. Hopefully Kyle is being well compensated for his services as his demeanor will bring us back for another vehicle someday. Well done Kyle, and Roesch CJDR.

    Joe Peterson was great to work with. I purchased a used Jeep and was from out of town. Joe inspected the car and answered my questions prior to my coming to look at the car. He was honest, thorough, and efficient through the whole process. Purchasing a car can be painful, but my experience with Joe and the whole team was great. I’m very appreciative and would recommend to others.

    Louis Z. was my salesperson for a recent Dodge Charger purchase. I have been involved in the auto business for nearly 25 years, have made transactions all over the country and this was the BEST transaction I have ever had with a car dealer!! Louis was professional, knowledgable, prompt, communicated well, did what he said he would do and wow am I impressed!!     Had A Great Experience Today With Gabriel Sold Them My Durango. They Were The Best Dealership I’ve Ever Dealt With And I Usually Buy Vehicles Every Few Years!! I Sold This One Because It Was Sitting In Storage And It Should Be Enjoyed. When I’m Ready To Get The New Last Call Cat I’m Definitely Going Back To Them!!! Josh And Joe The Rest Of The Guys There Were Great Made It Enjoyable. Would Highly Recommend Buying And Selling To These Guys. They Even Made Me Take 4 Dogs From Gene And Jude’s 🤣
