The bulk of that pleasure was due to the calm and pleasant demeanor of Salesperson Kyle Bromm. As points of contention were discussed with the deal, he would look at them from both our angle and that of the dealership. If he felt our point was valid, he would support us with his superiors. Eventually, we found common ground for a purchase. We found an issue with the vehicle upon arriving home and, within a week, he had resolved it for us in the best possible way. Again, he had to go to bat for us with his management to do so. This is a testament to the fairness of the dealership, but even more so to Kyle Bromm. We felt "represented" by him, and the resolution for both sets of negotiation was as we had hoped it would be. Hopefully Kyle is being well compensated for his services as his demeanor will bring us back for another vehicle someday. Well done Kyle, and Roesch CJDR.
