  Let me start off by saying Steve is one of the most professional, knowledgeable, personable people, I had the pleasure of doing business with. He helped me with my alignment diagnosis and laid out everything that I needed to know and to set the correct expectations, that most shops never uphold. I ended up not needing an alignment after discussing my recent issue with the car and why I even came to get an alignment in the first place. Steve asked the most minut and detailed questions that I would have never guessed that played a serious role in figuring out what’s happening. He even caught onto some couple key words I said and doubled backed to confirm. He handled everything like a surgeon, and he did it with a smile and integrity. This is the service that has become extinct. Steve holds and sets the standard. Please give him recognition. Thank you Steve, I will be back.

  Just went in for a simple tire mounting, 80 psi tires so figuring for ride comfort they should be at 60-70 tell me why every single tire was filled at 30 psi, it's literally instructed on the tire idk how that's missed, spent 8$ just filling it up on the slow gas station air, definitely will not be going back.

  First—wow. Truly. If you’re on the fence, stop overthinking it and just bring your car here. Now, let’s talk about Steve, because this story starts with him. Picture this: weekend trip to the Chicago area, we hit what can only be described as the largest pothole in recorded history. Roadside assistance chose the tow truck and the tire shop. The tow truck took hours—plural—so as the day dragged on, I started calling around to tire places myself. And thankfully, fate stepped in when Steve answered the phone. From the very first call, Steve’s calm confidence and deep knowledge immediately put me at ease. He was clear about what could be done, what my options were, and what I should be thinking about next. When we finally arrived at Just Tires, I specifically asked for him—and I’m so glad I did. I’m sure everyone else is great, but the time, attention, and care Steve gave us made all the difference. Ask for Steve. Seriously. And to the techs—whose names I sadly don’t know—you are absolute rock stars. If I could, I’d write seven paragraphs thanking you. You didn’t just fix a tire; you saved our day. I’ll admit, I’m a fairly independent woman, but after hours of waiting and stress, my patience was thin. The tow situation wasn’t great, but Steve stepped in, set boundaries, and handled everything with professionalism and kindness. Well it looked that way from a distance, I hope he was a little rude with the tow guy! Steve walked me through all my options, answered every question (yes, including the warranty), showed me where my closest home location would be once I got back out of state—and yes, I got the warranty. He even made sure I knew exactly who to contact when I got home before I walked out the door. The shop itself was clean, the waiting room comfortable, and the bathrooms spotless. Normally that might not seem like a big deal—but after waiting hours for a tow? It mattered. A lot. Bonus points: the shop is within walking distance of coffee and sandwiches, which was very much needed by that point in the day. I truly can’t say enough good things. This place was a lifesaver. We were treated incredibly well—even with Wisconsin plates 😉. Kidding… mostly. What started as a total mess became manageable because of Steve and the team. They took a stressful, junk situation and turned it into one where we felt supported, respected, and genuinely cared for. Highly recommend. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  I don’t recommend this place to anyone. It’s a chain, and all they care about is making money. They tried to overcharge me $330, claiming I needed to replace all my TPMS sensors. I went to another tire shop, they only replaced the valve stems and charged me $90. Not recommended at all! Also, to the woman at the front desk—take the crown off your head. You’re working with people who could be potential customers!
