- MMM.S.G.Sep 18, 20251.0Kyle Perry has a bad attitude as I was trying to figure out a discrepancy in payments they were claiming on the phone with him he decided to talk down to me on the phone telling me he’s not in charge of my finances and that if I can’t afford the truck I need to return it.. which is understandable but this guy kept running his mouth egging me on.. I had to hang up.. I quit my job returned the truck that night and then get an email the next day that they are charging me with a broken windshield which I called and told them about days previously, and they told me it was a 1 day turn around and nothing about me being charged! Not I’m being threatened that I have to pay all the days the truck is down for windshield replacement! K had an outstanding relationship with this branch as I called every week to make sure my account was good! Just to be on it! Also my account rep man y stopped responding to me about a week ago which was. Score this incident.. not sure what’s the matter with people! But this is ridiculous! My business is now ruined and I’m bankrupt! The manager Kyle Perry is an arrogant jerk.
