- DIDelta Repair & Maintenance INCFeb 10, 20261.0Komatsu Elk Grove Village has some of the worst communication and service We`ve dealt with in this industry. Calls and messages go unanswered, updates are vague or nonexistent and you`re left chasing basic information that should be provided upfront. The service itself is just as bad. Work is slow, poorly done, and clearly not done with quality or accountability in mind. Even worse, parts that were serviced or replaced started breaking down again after just couple of months - completely unacceptable for equipment that`s supposed to be reliable and professional-grade. Between the lack of communication, subpar service, and parts failing far sooner than they should, this location has proven to be unreliable and frustrating to work with. We would not recommend Komatsu Elk Grove Village to anyone who values transparency, competence or long-term reliability.
