  I had a very disappointing experience during what should have been a routine oil change. I initially chose this location because there was no wait time, which in hindsight should have been a warning sign. Upon arrival, someone approached me while I was still in my car and immediately told me I could leave the vehicle with him. There was no discussion about the type of oil required or any service details, which is typically standard procedure. As someone with prior experience managing a car dealership, I understand how these conversations should take place. While observing through the window, I noticed the technicians had already removed the air filter and placed the car on the lift without first confirming the service details with me. I requested to speak with someone to clarify the oil type. Instead of addressing my question directly, the representative began explaining basic information about oil in a condescending manner. When I specified the exact oil I wanted, I was told it was not suitable for my vehicle. However, it became clear that a more expensive option had already been selected without my approval. At that point, I calmly decided not to proceed with the service and chose to leave. Transparency, clear communication, and customer consent should always come before beginning any work on a vehicle. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.

  Two oil changes ago my nearest shop had fox news on and I kinda lost it on them so I don't go there anymore lol. I've chosen to go to this jiffy lube I drive by on the way to my latest job and the from the first to last interaction there, it was awesome. I picked them up donuts from dunkin next door. They got you covered on coffee with a stylish keurig and two of the best kirkland blends on tap in the waiting area. I will go there next time im due for an oil change. They also shot me a price on rear breaks and it was affordable enough for me to choose not to do them myself lol

  Wonderful customer for real only took 20 minutes for my oil change. Made me feel comfortable, it was reasonably priced, and had a coupon online. The whole staff is just wonderful and very knowledgeable.

  They had me and out. A little too fast since they forgot to fill my windshield wiper fluid or check my tire pressure. I drove away with the tire light on. Annoyingly, the next day I received a coupon in the mail meaning I paid more than I needed to.

  Went in for an oil change. Was welcomed nicely and was walked with to the office and was told to wait. Then I was asked to come outside and was told about the services being made. Was told the car was getting a synthetic oil change and that the cabin filter was being changed. I never mentioned that I wanted it changed and I was told about the extra service as the guy was changing the part. I asked about what the part would cost in case i wanted to do it myself and he said only a few bucks less and that it was being done already. I didn’t want to argue and have something done to the car if I did ask to change it back so I just went with it. I decided to come back and pick up the filter a few minutes later and the images is what it looked like. The filter is charcoal infused so it looks gray but other than that it’s good and didn’t need a replacement. Pretty disappointed in the dishonesty, forcefulness and in the service provided.
