Both times they looked at my interior filter and said "its dirty" not realizing it is made with charcoal so it is darker than a normal filter. I changed both interior and engine filter at the same time 4 months ago, around the time i was last here, and the engine filter is still as clean as when I put it in. Oil change service was fine, otherwise. But the first time I came by, none of my fluids was topped off. I needed to fill my windshield washer fluid myself. Also, it was warm the day i got the oil changed and I went camping that weekend. After sitting overnight, one tire looked low. It was 32 when the others were 35/36. I thought those were included in the service.
