  I had a great experience with ABC Electronics getting my rims powder coated. Ray, the owner, is a genuinely good guy who really takes care of his customers. Ashley and Ron at the front desk were also fantastic! very attentive, knowledgeable, and patient in answering all of my questions. The whole team made the process easy and stress free. I’m extremely happy with the results and have already referred friends. I’ll definitely continue to recommend them

  Let me start off this review by saying that I typically don't leave reviews...not unless my experience was notably positive OR negative. In the case of ABC Automotive & Electronics, unfortunately my experience was notably negative. I stopped by after shift around 9am. I was greeted by a very pleasant woman who walked me through the stereo options and install process. She informed me that there was a 12pm appt available. She told me the install would take approximately 2-3 hours. I scheduled the appt and left. Later, I returned around 11:45am to drop off my vehicle. The woman who helped me earlier wasn't there. I spoke with a man who took my keys and said he'd have someone start on my install right away. I asked him to please call me approximately 15min or so before the install was complete so that I could find a ride back to the shop. He said 'no problem' and I left. So far so good. As it approached 3pm, I hadn't heard from ABC so I decided to grab a ride and head back to the shop. When I arrived, I noticed that my vehicle was still parked in the same spot. That made me curious. As I approached my vehicle and looked inside, I noticed that the new stereo wasn't installed. Needless to say I was a bit annoyed and frustrated. It was my one day off and I had just wasted an entire afternoon. I walked inside to inquire about the status of my install. The same man that took my keys was behind the desk. I introduced myself, mentioned the vehicle I owned and inquired about the status of my install. Initially the man looked confused. He checked something on his computer and then went into the shop. He was gone for a few minutes. Now obviously I already knew my install hadn't happened. But I wanted an explanation as to why it wasn't done yet. Like I mentioned, I made an appointment for 12pm and I was told the install would take 2-3 hours. The man came back and said the installer had 'done the wrong vehicle'. Excuse me? Done the wrong vehicle? How does that happen? Obviously I was confused. He then said the installer was bringing in my vehicle right away and the install would be done by 5pm. He asked if I wanted to wait or come back? Wait? Come back? He had absolutely no regard or appreciation for my time. As if I was going to wait or come back and waste the remainder of my day off. Yes, I was annoyed and frustrated with the install not being done. After all, what's the point of making an appointment if it's not going to be honored? But what really pissed me off and what motivated me to write this review was his complete lack of sincerity and genuine concern for screwing up. I told him I couldn't waste the remainder of my afternoon, grabbed my keys and left. Maybe I just had a one-off bad experience. I understand a shop like that is constantly busy. After all, their reviews were great. But unfortunately my experience was so bad that I felt I needed to leave this review. Take it for what it's worth.

  Just had my remote start installed. Everyone at ABC was friendly and professional and I would highly recommend their services Update: a week later my remote stopped working for some reason. I called ABC and they said bring it in over. Within 10 minutes the issues was resolved and I was as back on the road. For some odd reason it just had to be reprogrammed. The customer service is top notch. Thanks Jim for taking care of me so quickly
