  I can't say enough about this company and their customer service. I purchased my Accord through McGrath Honda in St Charles. They do not offer red interior so they sent it to Top Coverage in Elgin to install red leather interior. I spoke with Bob several times and he was friendly, kind and patient. When I received the car back from McGrath, I cannot tell you how beautiful it looks. They did a fabulous job. I highly recommend them.

  Had an issue with my sunroof and Top Coverage fixed it quickly and at a price that is significantly less then the dealer. Would go back for other services they provide.

  5/5 stars — Top Coverage is the real deal. I came in with a sunroof issue that had already sent me on a wild ride — including a trip to the dealership that turned me away. On their way out, the dealership pointed me to Top Coverage and called them sunroof pros. They weren’t wrong. Bob and his techs are genuinely some of the nicest people you’ll deal with. They took a same-day look without hesitation, were completely upfront on pricing from the start, and had wide availability when I needed it. The after-hours key drop was a huge convenience too. If you have a sunroof issue, skip the dealership and come straight here. I’ll absolutely be back and I’d recommend them to anyone. Highly recommend!

  I purchased a leather seat kit for my Tesla model Y a few years back. I took it here for it to be installed. They were able to do it in one day. The service was great and I could tell they really had a passion for this type of work and aftermarket products for all sorts of cars. The seats look and feel great still now years later and I have no doubt they will continue that way. Great shop.

  LOVE LOVE LOVE!!! This place is literally the best ever. As a woman in her 20s dealing with anything in the car industry is THE worst experiance, but I have NEVER felt out of place at Top. They are patient, clear, and very helpful. I wish I had more money so I could have them do more services for me. Bob gives me hope!
