  Shout out to the amazing clerk working today at the new store on Randall/Alft road . I locked myself out of the car and she helped me get in touch with my insurance company to get a locksmith. Whie I waited she greeted every single person who came into the store. She was a bright spot in my gloomy day. :)

  If I could give 0 stars, I would. I paid at the pump using my debit card, and QuikTrip placed a $175 “incidental hold” on my account. This completely drained my available balance and left me with no access to my money. When I went inside to speak with the manager, I was told this “sometimes happens” with the outside card readers and that there was nothing they could do. I then contacted my bank, but was informed the dispute process could take up to 10 business days. This is an extremely frustrating and stressful situation. For many people, that kind of hold can impact essential expenses like groceries or gas for the week. What’s even more disappointing is the lack of urgency or support from the staff—being told “you’ll just have to wait” is not an acceptable response when someone’s funds are tied up. Customers should be clearly warned about these large holds before using a debit card at the pump. Until this practice is addressed, I would strongly recommend using caution or choosing another gas station.

  You guys just opened and right away 0⭐️ for you They sold my wife cigarettes for $25 a pack of Parliament Blue shorts. She is not a smoker so she didn’t know how much it should be. $25 for a pack Karl…how is that possible? Are you kidding?? Didn’t even give my wife a receipt for the purchase. I spoke to the manager over the phone and seems that there is nothing to discuss to them, helpless 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 He keeps telling me that these are the prices. Maybe you guys live in 2036…. Adjust your prices to the reality. Gas stations in the area sell it for $14-$15 per pack.
