- TJTwin JamoApr 8, 20261.0They charge you for anything and everything. Anyway they can get money from you they will. There's fees for your fees. It's not regulated so now the shops can charge whatever they want for calibrations, installs and removals as well. Getting someone on the phone takes 30 minutes. You might as well act as a shop to cut the line. Some representatives are helpful, but the whole business as a whole is a joke. The baiid device itself is flukey, and requires lots of breath. Crazy thing about it is they can lower the breath required but will only do so with a doctor's note. Device drains your battery horribly. Keep it in sleep mode every time you leave the vehicle. In the winter time it takes five minutes to warm device. Let's not get into the false readings. Always flush mouth after eating to avoid misreading.
