  I recently had the pleasure of working with Nicole in the Penske Rentals corporate office in Pennsylvania. Nicole was pleasant and professional from the beginning of our call to the end. Nicole was helpful in every possible way and set us up with a quality truck at a very reasonable price. Thanks again Nicole.

  If you want to show up and have no truck at the location on your rental day, this place is for you! I even called customer service after and got no help. The staff simply said, “we’re like a rental car company, it never came last night and we can’t help you.” No phone call ahead, no type of help at all. A rental car company would have put me in something and not screw me over. Zero stars and terrible customer service, book a Uhaul and don’t waste your time. Unless you feel like showing up with no truck available on moving day!

  Had fantastic experience, truck was on time even after I moved up the pick up time, Kyle was very professional, Home Depot agent were very curtius, truck was clean, ran great, will rent again in near future, would recommend.to all my friends, thank you for the great service, loved it, loved it.
