My surprise, some areas were even worst that when I took the car for repair. Plastic parts reused and tail lamp misplaced. Even when the lamp was not even part of the accident. Don’t waste your money (which by the way) and they charge premium. Go elsewhere.

They even brought my car to my home and returned car rental for me. Hopefully I will never need Repairs again , but if so. I won't hesitate to call Gerber.My work was done at the Elgin location on rt.31 Side note. Never use Carstar. Terrible service, work, professionalism. Car returned several times and they don't stand behind warranty
