Left messages for the manager, was promised a return call on three different occasions and got nothing. Picked the vehicle up and the was told they’re too busy to take a three minute call. Wouldn’t use them again!!!

They even brought my car to my home and returned car rental for me. Hopefully I will never need Repairs again , but if so. I won't hesitate to call Gerber.My work was done at the Elgin location on rt.31 Side note. Never use Carstar. Terrible service, work, professionalism. Car returned several times and they don't stand behind warranty
