The charged my credit card $440.42, once the say everything is ready to go and I sign paperwork finally they said the card was declined. My bank confirmed the charge was approved. These two employees completely wasted my time and showed no respect. And I walk out with out car.

The transaction to start the rental was quick and easy, and from a couple vehicles offered, I chose one and off I went! The car was in great shape and I enjoyed driving it for about a week. Returning it was a quick and easy process, too. Alex and Lynn (? - not sure I’m remembering her name correctly) were friendly, helpful, and efficient! I would rent a car there again in a heartbeat!

When I went back to return the rental the asian lady claimed that it smelled like smoke but no one that has been in the rental car has ever smoked in it. They charged me $250, the car came smelling strange but I did not question it but now they are putting the blame on me for the car smelling like that. This is unbelievable, I would not recommend renting from here unless you like getting screwed over.
