    Our recent experience here was amazing! Alex helped us right away, even when they were short staffed. He was very kind, and answered all of our questions and gave us great options for the rental. Upon returning the car, Rob was also very attentive and considerate. I usually don't write reviews when my experience is "meh...." But because our experience was fantastic, I want to give credit where it's due to this location and the awesome team we worked with—Alex and Rob. Thanks guys!

    I was there this morning drop off rental after 2 weeks. Hyndai covering rental due to warranty on my car. All this girl there had to do was refund my $50 deposit. I gave debit card. After I left going to Hyndai to pick up my truck I find out she charged my debit card almost $400.00. She tells hyundai it was accident. Now I have to wait 3 days to get my money back. Not only she did not have permission to charge me and I did not sign authority she did not even tell me I had to find out the hard way. I called enterprise and she will not even take my call. I will NEVER EVER use you stupid place again. Companies need to hire reliable employees with a brain.
