I gave debit card. After I left going to Hyndai to pick up my truck I find out she charged my debit card almost $400.00. She tells hyundai it was accident. Now I have to wait 3 days to get my money back. Not only she did not have permission to charge me and I did not sign authority she did not even tell me I had to find out the hard way. I called enterprise and she will not even take my call. I will NEVER EVER use you stupid place again. Companies need to hire reliable employees with a brain.

I was not happy after waiting 2 1/2 hrs I had to call the police to help. Anyways I just want to say Thank You to the manager in Elgin, Rob who went above and beyond to make sure we were happy when I dropped off the vehicle. He was very empathetic and agreed with myself as to what happened, that department needed some work and he was going to take care of it with upper management. I can't say enough about his customer service 😊 Will definitely rent from this location again!!
