  My 19 year old daughter was purchasing her first car. Printed out a break down of the price and we negotiated a price we thought was fair. The breakdown included tax, title, registration. After everything was signed and we went home I started having a nagging feeling about some comments made by the guy we filled paperwork out with. Sure enough, we paid the negotiated amount but WITHOUT any of that going to tax, title and registration which means we will end up paying significantly more on the car than was advertised. I feel awful for my daughter as this was her first big purchase and a significant amount of money for her.

  I feel like I’ve gotten a feel for a few dealerships over the years, this is how I would rank them: 1) Elgin VW 2) McGrath Honda 3) Toyota Elgin 4) Castle VW Schaumburg omg, such a night and day difference between Castle and Elgin Volkswagen.. I’m kicking myself.

  I went to the Volkswagen dealership to check out some cars, since I had previously had a conversation with the saleswoman. I was interested because of the low prices they had on their website. She told me that yes, those were the prices. However, when I got there, the price was 10,000 dollars higher, and they said it did not apply to the deals they were offering. I think they are being dishonest. They should list the real prices or include some kind of notice below that those are not the actual prices, or that they depend on specific strategies.

  Hello Please Please if you Trade in your car in this dealership don't trade in and buy car from there i have bad experience in this dealership i have trade in My Mazda CX9 2015 model only 63000 miles and they give trade in offer $8000 only and i will buy from them Hunyadi palisade 2024 XRT model and i will see in that car windshield is broke front side bonate is broke i will call them his name is joe sales manager he sad i can't do any think on this i buy that car $37000 and they don't fix any think i have very bad experience over there so now i have repair cost from Hunyadi dealership in Elgin cost me $1500 windshield and bonate so please i will request you don't buy any car from this dealership its sucks.

  I am very happy that I purchase a car from Volkswagon dealership auto mall in Elgin. I was able to purchase a 2019 Audi Q7 Quattro for my wife. The sale agent Moe Khattab had worked with me 110% so I can purchase the car under my budget. The manager was also so helpful to help before I was about to leave and go to another dealership. They continued to work hard for me until we came to the decision and I finally purchase the car. If anyone is looking for a used quality car please go to Volkswagen auto mall in Elgin. You will not be disappointed. I rate the dealership a 5 star. The employees are professional and courteous. Please go to Elgin Volkswagen and see Moe. He will work hard to help you buy a car within your budget.
