They all say "if the light is not on we cannot scan for a problem", but they will always find something wrong, not under warranty, and ask if I want it repaired. It is very upsetting that the dealers, not only the Elgin location, cannot find the problem to repair under warranty. This is a manufacturer warranty, not a third party extended warranty.

The employee asked why, and when I said it’s a known issue for this model, he insisted it wasn’t. After the service, I asked again and was told the oil burning was normal. Throughout the visit, they spoke to me as if I didn’t know anything, which I found disrespectful.
