They will be totally honest with you on what the issue is with your vehicle. Sam the manager is very personable and, really takes care of the customers! He believes in GREAT customer service!! Also, if you don't live too far, they'll give you a ride home (if your vehicle will take a few hours to repair) as well as pick you up at home and take you back to the shop to pick up your car. I recommend this automotive shop to anyone who needs any car repairs. Tell them I sent you! LOL
