Bobby ran a thorough test, confirmed that the battery was bad, and then went above and beyond by helping me replace it on the spot. Not only did he install the new battery, but he also took the extra time to add a shim on the terminal to ensure the best possible connection. What really stood out was how he interacted with my 11-year-old son, who was fascinated by the process. Bobby was patient, friendly, and explained what he was doing in a way that made my son feel included. This kind of customer service is rare these days. AutoZone is fortunate to have someone like Bobby representing their store. I highly recommend this location!
