  Outstanding buying experience with Tyler. He did a phenomenal job keeping us in the loop as it was a used car that was getting some final prep work done before we took it home. Very smooth buying process, with the whole staff helping get us in and out as quickly as possible - far different from other buying experiences we had. Thank you to the entire Heller crew, especially Tyler and the body shop, for getting us in a great car!!!

  My wife and I were visiting family and in the market for a new minivan and had a bad experience at another dealership. We heard that the folks at Heller would treat us well so we made the trip up to El Paso and within 2 minutes of being there we met Steve who was absolutely stellar from the get-go. He was very patient with us and very personable. He never once tried to ‘push the sale’. It felt like he was genuinely interested in helping us make the best decision. We ultimately found a great Pacifica for a great price with all the things that were important to us. We live in Tennessee but if we ever need a new vehicle, I would absolutely go back to Heller.

  Recently purchased our 2nd vehicle from Heller Ford in El Paso. The customer service that they provide is absolutely amazing! Trent was our sales associate both times and he went above and beyond to get us into the car that we wanted! From the moment you walk into the dealership, you are treated like family and provided honest information. I cannot say enough positive things about this dealership! We will definitely return in the future for any new car purchases!

  The entire Heller Ford experience is nothing less the exceptional. Pete O. has been a great salesman that works hard to get you what you want at the price you can agree on. Scott and Chris in the service department in my opinion go above and beyond to make your experience as smooth as possible with service work and having a loaner car. The service techs that have worked on my truck have always done a great job and have fixed any issues. I can't say enough great things about this dealership!!

  I went on their website and looked at several trucks. I put I was looking for in a truck. A V6, lower mileage and that I was going to pay for it with cash. I drove up from Springfield, IL. The salesman asked me exactly what I was looking for. I told him. He said, he thought he had the right truck for me. He brought it up to the front door, I took it for a test drive and knew it was going to be the one. I put down a large amount of money on it until I could have my son go with me to bring it home. We went to bring it home, noticed the back window wouldn’t close. Took it right back. They closed the window and told me they’d order a replacement part and would install it when it came in. It was an older model, so there was no warranty on it. The lady in the service department told me they’d cover all the cost. They called me this week to let me know that the part had come in. I drove up today to have them install the part. They again informed me there was no charge. This dealership from the sales, through purchase process and then the service are all top notch people to deal with. Thank you Heller Ford for your quality service!
