  I bought a truck back july of last year. Was told it was a buy back. Which doesn't bother me, my wifes car is a buy back and never had an issue. However after like 8 months of owning the truck its spent half that time in the shop. So i went to pilsons today to look at a truck that's not a pile. And was informed that when you buy a buy back vehicle it also comes with a branded/lemon title which they disclose the buy back part and why it was bought back. However they indeed skipped the part where it was a branded title. So i have a 38,000 truck that in reality is worth about 10 due to the title. If i could rate negative stars i would. I absolutely 100 % would not recommend buying anything from them. Don't even get me started on the service department. If your looking for a good vehicle go to pilson ford cause seems to be the only place that can fix this pile of mine the right way

  Dont buy vehicle through this place especially when they sell you junk extended warranty that they wont cover. Major vehicle issue took place with .mechanic present but wont cover because the warranty insurance company cant get it yo act up again. So they wont cover it. 5k extended warranty is complete hog wash when they wont cover it now

  Excellent experience today! In and out in 15 minutes with a gorgeous new whip. Very impressive dealership, Mark and Mario are excellent! Can't wait to do business here again!

  I was interested in trading my 2023 challenger GT in on a 2018 jeep wrangler stock number 0707B VIN 1X4HJXEN1JW332606, test drove it over night, loved it, returned it the next day, advised the sales woman that the vehicle had a rear main seals leaking, and transmission seals leaking, it also had some body damage, and damage to hard top. I was advised this vehicle was underpriced, and no repairs would be made, it would be sold as is. She then prints me the “value” of a 2013 wrangler, and tells me it won’t book enough for financing. I tell her this is the wrong information, as I’d looked up the value myself, this would’ve been the perfect vehicle to cover up my negative equity, but I’m told no repairs would be done, and no matter what she would require me to have $2000-$3000 down before they’d even check my credit. I was very disappointed to learn she hadn’t even had my car assessed for trade in. I haven’t been back to look at a vehicle since, my mother did, but advised her to look elsewhere due to this experience. So if you are looking for a 2018 jeep wrangler 4 door, be wary this unit at northside for has issues, and they’ve been made aware.

  I have purchased 2 used vehicles @ NorthSide off of Kenny Birch. Let me tell you I have never met a more family oriented staff ever. They made me feel like a part of the family. Kenny has retired since my purchase but they all still treat me the same with just as much care as Kenny did. I have all my vehicles serviced at NorthSide as well as my kids' and friends! I can't say enough great things about the sales and service here in Effingham! Thank you!
