The guy spoke 3 times: asked to open my door to scan, mileage and how I was paying even though he hadn't yet said the total. Personality of a door. They did not check headlights, taillights, windshield wipers or cabin filter. Who knows if they really did any of the other things that I can't see. Didn't ask what kind of oil I wanted. I had to remind him that the oil change indicator needed reset. Said they had no printer to print out the receipt. Odd that all other locations print them. Perhaps this location needs better training. Get with Effingham's location to see how it's supposed to be done.
