As a result, we had to change our reservation to the Effingham, Illinois location, which was a 45 minute drive for me. However, it was worth the extra time and drive, because Francis was beyond accommodating. His welcoming, kind personality was amazing. I’d rather drive an extra 20-30 minutes to get a car from Francis than go to a closer location. Not only did he have a very nice vehicle when we needed it, but he gave us options and went over and beyond to ensure we were happy with our service! I recommend Francis in Effingham, Illinois for your car rental needs!!!
