Our late father, Daniel J. Hecht founded our dealership in September 1958. If something is going to cost upwards of 450$ you would think you would bring that to the attention of your customers and not blind side them after you have already completed the service.

It was a magnificent service—very fast and professional. They resolved the problem without any complications, and I was very satisfied. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

Then when I came in and the job was done the total was $145. When brought to their attention they only apologized. Then when brought up a second time. The said that they could refund me $19 but only because they charged me for the wrong model. Will not go back and they offered me a gift card if I would. Yes offer me a gift card but not reducing the total. After multiple mistakes. First they scheduled an appointment and never okayed it with me.
