  The shop itself is great. But the central scheduling when you call is terrible. They’re speaking broken English, reading a script (most of which doesn’t apply to you), and have no knowledge of actual mechanical issues. So nothing helpful gets passed along to the shop. Terrible customer service, but if you actually go into the shop and talk to the real people, they’re very nice and knowledgeable.

  0 STAR REVIEW I took a vehicle to this location for an emissions test. After the vehicle passed, CRAIG HARTMAN stated that HE had broken a handle on the inside of the car and that “he wasn’t going to pay for it” he said “you can call and take it up with the state” after that he stated that he “could run the vehicle into the back wall and he still wouldn’t be responsible for the payment of any damages.” He told me I was “more than welcome to call the police” and that I didn’t have to do business there. He should not be in the automotive business or be dealing with the public. He should never be allowed in, or around, someone’s personal property. Horrible demeanor horrible attitude horrible service. I believe he thinks he is above any sort of responsibility or accountability of his actions.

  Craig was awesome! From making the appoint to letting me know what was needed and how long it was going to take . 10 out of 10 would recommend.

  I went in to have an emissions test on my vehicle. The service was fast. The attendant was pleasant, professional, & courteous.
