  In my recent experience with this Dobbs location my car had a coolant leak problem. I took my car to Dobbs a few months ago to fix the issue and it was diagnosed as only a heater hose leak. The heater hose was properly removed and they had charged me a total of $700 in total accounting for other services like an oil change. I thought initally this was an unreasonable price but at least my problem was fixed, only for the leak to not be addressed. Dobbs had missed the fact that the leak had been coming from multiple locations in the coolant system. Later on I took my car back for another inspection and replacement of a coolant tube to be then charged $800 worth of coolant related fixes when they only replace another heater hose tube. Additionally, they had charged me a 185$ coolant transfusion on both visits, which essentially just replaces the coolant although that was not in our verbal aggrement, as I am fully capable of replacing my own coolant. In total, I have found that I can no longer recommend Dobbs as they have shown their inability to fix problems when presented with them and doing it at a reasonable price. **Update** -- Recently this location has reached out to me and apologized for the way this was handled and reimbursed me partially for recent services. As I appreciate this sentiment, I acknowledge that they held themselves accountable and made ammends with me and as such have updated this review with a neutral rating.

  Had a great experience very friendly and respectful. Very reasonable price for 4 new tires a oil change ,and tire monitors replaced. We will be back again.

  I dropped off my car at Dobbs to have a noise in the steering wheel repaired. A bit later, the store manager called me to tell me what was wrong with it to see if I wanted to have the problem repaired which I agreed to. When I went back around 430 to pick up the car the guy at the counter wasnt very friendlyas a matter of fact his personality and or attitude kinda sucked. I just paid over $300 in repairs and the dude didn't even say thank you as I was leaving!! Unreal. YOUR WELCOME!!

  In, up, fix, out.... just needed rear brakes. No pushing to get extras. Lifetime warranty on the pads.

  This location was shifty. Shifty on committing to times and completion of the job. They fell through on meeting a commitment and then offered $ off to upsell an oil change stating they’d give synthetic at the normal price - but then reversed it because they said they didn’t know we had a coupon. We booked notifying them about the coupon. We dropped off keys with the coupon inside the drop envelope and discussed the coupon during their fall through on completing the job when they said they would. They reversed the credit then charging us for the synthetic that we didn’t ask for in the beginning. Just shifty. Won’t be back as I have no trust they will do what they say or charge what they say in the beginning.
