They fell through on meeting a commitment and then offered $ off to upsell an oil change stating they’d give synthetic at the normal price - but then reversed it because they said they didn’t know we had a coupon. We booked notifying them about the coupon. We dropped off keys with the coupon inside the drop envelope and discussed the coupon during their fall through on completing the job when they said they would. They reversed the credit then charging us for the synthetic that we didn’t ask for in the beginning. Just shifty. Won’t be back as I have no trust they will do what they say or charge what they say in the beginning.

- DCDave CanOct 9, 20254.0Don't know what happened but I got a brake fluid flush and on my way home the car over heated, died, and the engine wouldn't even turn over to try and start. Had to tow it. Still giving a good rating because I don't thick the brake fluid flush has anything to do with it dying. Car has 228,000 mile on the engine.
