- LLLivNov 9, 20255.0Was heading towards St. Louis from Indiana when my check engine light came on. We made it to the auto zone where they scanned a code and helped me understand what was going on. When trying to pull out of the parking lot but car essentially died. They helped push my car back into a parking spot and allowed me to leave it there the entire time we were in St. Louis for a hockey game. Came back around 10:30 and everything was still there. Really helpful for two people out of state!

Was told the battery was dead and Auto Zone charged it for free. Aldo bought from them a handy dandy battery charger (NOCI Boost Plus) so this won’t happen again. Such friendly and knowledgeable staff. Can’t say enough good about them. They gained a new customer. I recommend you try them if looking for good people who truly want to help you. You might now want to jump over to my review on Newbold Toyota. No, y’all, it ain’t gon’ be pretty!

He helped me get the correct parts, loaned me the tools I needed, and lended me a hand fixing what needed to be done from start to finish!!! But not only did he help me he was very friendly and caring. Excellent customer service!!! He went above and beyond any service I ever had at any auto place.
