  How do these people stay in business?..I had a simple fix regarding the starter. I explained to them that that was the problem. Well, they decided to simply put a new battery in and claimed that it was fixed...It wasn't . They frankly lied to my face about whether they tested my battery. This was worse than a rookie error and I do not want Rookies working on my car. They did take their battery back and refunded me for the cost of their batter..$280!!!! Nuff said

  My cousin had his Honda Accord towed there to have the starter replaced. When they called him they just replaced the battery for almost $300. We drove it to my house. I inspected his brakes, we put the wheels and tires back on and his car wouldn't start. We called, told them we want the old battery back and returned the new one because it didn't fix the problem. They did that. Refunded his money. However when we asked if they even tested the battery before they replaced it and they couldn't confirm that. I took the battery home tested it with my equipment and it was perfect. So they didn't even try to diagnose the problem that he brought the car in there for. Totally incompetent shop. I tested the starter using his battery and it failed. I replaced the starter for him and it was most certainly the problem. I would avoid this place like the plague!
