  NO SHOWERS FOR NOW!! TacoBell: I watched how the young man with White Gloves on, did the following: 1/ Be at the register and take someone's order and deal with cash on Hand! 2/ Then he goes to prep table to make my food ( with the same Gloves) grabs tortillas and food while TOUCHING ALL THE STUFF! 3/ We definitely Need to do something about This! Just incase he didn't watch a Video of Cross-Contamination! Being Tired and Hungry I lost my appetite halfway and ate the Inside of the Food! Nuggets were very Dry. Fries were Stale! Honestly I'm a Truck Driver who constantly buy food on the Road! I'm beginning to Lose Faith in buying food on the road....YOU LOOSE A LOT OF MONEY IN BAD QUALITY FOODS! P.S. I THROUGHOUT THE FRIES!!!🤨🤨🤯🤯😡😡😡😡

  Shower are currently down due to renovations!!!!!! 2 Cat scales, but be mindful if someone is scaling beside you the CAT Scale App might read the wrong scale.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If you’re getting off at Exit 4B in East St. Louis, this stop is exactly what you need after a long drive. Easy on and off the highway, which is huge when you’re running tight on time or just ready to park it for a bit. Everything here was clean and well-kept, especially the bathrooms—which is always the first thing I look for—and they did not disappoint. The lot had plenty of space, making it stress-free to maneuver and find parking without the usual chaos. What really stood out was how convenient everything is. Whether you need fuel, a quick bite, or just a moment to reset, this stop delivers. It’s one of those places that makes life on the road a little easier. Definitely a solid stop—quick, clean, and reliable. I’ll be coming back through without hesitation.

  Unfortunately as a long distance road tripper and someone who loves pilots, this would be given a 0 star if possible. The employees locked the door and are telling everyone they are closed at 4am. This is against pilot policy which is to be accessible to travelers 24/7. As a family of 5, including 3 small children, one being an infant, we rely on pilots to be that spot on the road ive trusted for 20+ years. Ive never been to a "closed" pilots... these employees are holding the bathrooms hostage and we are leaving. Terrible place. Do not stop here. Pilots, please tell your employees at this location to do better.

  Good afternoon. I arrived at this truck stop a while ago and ordered a shower through the app. After waiting for an hour, when I got a confirmation that it was ready, I found out the showers aren’t working. Why does this happen? Why is it still possible to order showers if they aren’t working? Why do they charge money for showers that can’t be used afterward?
