- SJSummer JohnsonFeb 4, 20261.0Absolutely terrible road side service. The dude showed up because I had a flat steer tire. He pulled up and asked “what’s wrong with it?” I said “it’s flat” he said “was it like that this morning?” I said “no…..I drove it all day and just found it”. He checked the PSI and it was only at 60. He proceeds to not be able to get my lug nuts off. After I give him PB blaster (he didn’t have anything of the sort) to let sit in there a minute he got them off. Then he got it off and couldn’t find anything wrong with it. However he didn’t even actually check it. He didn’t have a soap bottle to check for a leak and even tried to use tire lubricant to do it. He aired it up and went “it held for 5 minutes so you should be good. It just needed air. The temps mess with it.” “Not that much” I said. But I drove it the hour back to our yard since I was empty. The next morning our shop found a little nail in it. Absolutely trash and a waste of almost $400.

Always dirty . the fuel islands are always a mess and stopped in there today and they're were trucks stuck and having a hard time getting to the fuel pump because of the snow from Sunday here it is Wednesday.. and the fuel Island and parking lot for the trucks is still a mess.. Do better Pilot!
