  Tried to get an estimate because it says free estimate on your website, due to the fact I did not want to use my insurance was not interested I dealing with my car.

  Avoid Gerber at all costs. Ask your insurance company if there is an alternative. Had my car for 3 weeks to repair a small dent and passenger side rear view mirror. They promise to communicate with you during the repair, but do not do so. In addition, I kept getting told so many different repair completion dates that I could not keep track. I'm the one who had to initiate all the calls regarding status of my repair.

  Had an issue where a window was accidentally broken on a tenants car. Rain was forecasted and while I was trying to figure out whose car it was they sent a guy out to get window covered. Great service, price, & communication. Grateful that they jumped on it and worked with me to get it replaced.

  Horrible service. Car was in an accident May 30th 2022. They had the car for a month and I came back to us with a bent steering wheel and pieces of the front bumper sticking out and the windshield still needed to be replaced. Took it back to them they had the car for another month and it came back with the same kind of issues that still was not corrected. My insurance had an investigator come out to my house and look at the car and all that was still wrong with it and they had me take it to a different body shop to be correctly. Gerber had my car the first week in June and by the time I had to have a different body shop fix it I didn't get my car back and fixed until September 17th 2022. In my opinion it would be a mistake for anyone to use the shop.
