  The East Peoria Enterprise team is AMAZING!!!!!! I dealt with Joe, Ashton, Ron and Sean - from reservation, to getting a car to making sure I got where I needed to and assisting with returning items I left in the car - they were TOP SHELF in customer service and making it happen. Thank you guys! I would highly recommend this team the next time you need a vehicle.

  My local Enterprise location have always had the best staff and the cleanest, well-maintained vehicles. I can’t imagine renting from anywhere else. Great job, y’all!!!

  Worst car rental agency in the area. Will let you schedule even though they can’t accommodate. Then try to down play the whole situation. Also the child that works behind the counter is a completely incompetent, and rude. They couldn’t care less about your reservation and just want the money. Take your business elsewhere. I will never rent through enterprise ever again. Do better and hire better employees. Couldn’t even do his job made me call every store in the area and they still couldn’t accommodate my reservation.

  This company is an absolute joke. I reserved a vehicle for Wednesday March 18th, 2026 from east Peoria il location at 10am, to go to Iowa and received an email saying the vehicle was confirmed and then the morning of the day we were suppose to leave, an associate called at 7am to inform us that they had no vehicles on the lot and so I called the pioneer parkway location and told them the situation and they said that they would inform the branch manager and that the branch manager would get us in a car. Well 5 hours later I received nothing, no update at all so i called back and let them know that my brother would just take us but we would need a way back and asked about just renting a car from the Iowa location and dropping it off at a Peoria location. They told me that wasn’t an option. This was after I had already called the Iowa location and they said that I could but I would have to pay a fee of $40. So I called the Iowa location again and told them what I was told and they informed me that was not correct and said that they will transfer me to the reservation department. I get transferred to the reservation and they tell me that they can’t do a one way rental. Clearly none of the associates know what’s going and this has been a very frustrating experience especially because the reason we needed to go to Iowa was because my grandma had passed away so it was a very tough time and enterprise didn’t make it any easier. This company really needs to improve the quality of their service. I will not being doing business with them again.
